About Speaking or Training

Hi, I'm Keianna Rae.

many people call me KR.

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Training, Credentialed Sexually Abusive Youth Clinician (CSAYC), and a youth and family behavioral health professional. My work centers on adolescents and families navigating behavioral health concerns, trauma, family-system challenges, safety concerns, and complex developmental needs.

My background includes school-based behavioral health, outpatient counseling support, day treatment, youth crisis intervention, child welfare, juvenile justice-informed practice, group facilitation, and youth development programming. I believe effective care should be practical, culturally responsive, developmentally informed, and grounded in both accountability and compassion.
